Please do not send sensitive information
Do not email scalp or face photos, medical records, diagnoses, detailed health histories, identification documents, payment information, or account credentials. Jevumi does not currently provide remote medical assessment, personalized fitting, product sales, or emergency support.
If hair loss is sudden, patchy, rapidly changing, painful, or accompanied by burning, significant itching, scaling, redness, sores, wounds, or other concerning symptoms, consider contacting a qualified healthcare professional. Seek prompt local care for urgent symptoms.
How email is handled
Messages sent to this address are routed through Cloudflare and delivered to a Google-hosted mailbox so Jevumi can review and respond. The email address, message content, attachments, and technical headers you choose to send may therefore be processed by those providers.
Read the Privacy Policy before emailing. The current site has no contact form, upload field, account system, or application database.
