What this policy covers
This policy describes the current Jevumi informational website. It will be updated before Jevumi launches accounts, email signup, user uploads, a Hair Profile, product applications, or purchases.
Information Jevumi does not currently ask you to submit
The site does not currently provide forms for your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, medical history, scalp or face photos, payment details, or Hair Profile. The optional email channel described below is not intended for sensitive information.
The private self-check
The homepage and Find Your Next Step self-checks run in your browser. Jevumi does not send or save the answers, result category, or answer sequence. Refreshing or leaving the page clears the result. The self-check is educational and is not a medical assessment.
Anonymous aggregate measurement
On the canonical jevumi.com domain, Jevumi records a small set of fixed event counters to understand whether visitors read the Hair Fibers guides, move from those guides to Frontal Hair System guidance, open the self-check, begin it, complete it, or open the recommended guide. Preview and alternate hostnames are excluded. Each counter is stored only as an event name, UTC calendar date, and total count.
These counters do not include self-check answers, recommendation category, names, email addresses, IP addresses, cookies, device identifiers, referrer details, full URLs, search queries, or free-form text. Jevumi does not use them to identify or profile a visitor. The measurement request is skipped when the browser exposes Global Privacy Control or a Do Not Track setting.
Email correspondence
If you choose to email Jevumi, we receive the sender address, message content, attachments, and technical headers included with the message. We use that information to review and respond to the inquiry, handle a correction or request, protect the mailbox from abuse, and maintain an operational record when reasonably necessary.
Email sent to hello@jevumi.com is routed through Cloudflare and delivered to a Google-hosted mailbox. Those providers may process the message to provide routing, spam filtering, security, storage, and delivery. Do not send scalp or face photos, medical records, diagnoses, detailed health histories, identification documents, payment information, or account credentials.
Technical information
Like most hosted websites, the infrastructure used to deliver and protect the site may process limited technical information such as an IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. This information may be handled by the hosting provider for delivery, reliability, abuse prevention, and security.
Jevumi has not added advertising trackers, behavioral advertising, or a third-party marketing analytics service to the current site. The first-party aggregate counters described above are used only to evaluate whether the educational paths are useful.
Cookies and local storage
Jevumi does not add cookies or browser storage for measurement, marketing, or profile building. The hosting platform may use strictly necessary technologies for access control, security, or site operation. Browser and platform settings may let you manage those technologies, but blocking necessary functions can affect access.
Sharing, sale, and retention
Jevumi does not sell personal information. The current application database contains only the anonymous daily event totals described above and no submitted profile data. Jevumi does not share those counters with product suppliers or marketers. Hosting and email service providers may process technical or correspondence information to provide and secure those services under their applicable terms and retention practices.
Email correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, legal or security requirements, and basic operational records. You may request review or deletion through the Contact page, subject to information Jevumi must retain for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Jevumi does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the current site.
Changes and privacy requests
We will revise this policy before any form, account, upload, profile, or purchase data collection begins and will explain the fields, purpose, service providers, retention, deletion, and choices that apply. Send a current privacy request through the Contact page.
